TERMS AND CONDITIONS

- For travel, tours and adventure activities in Cape Town and Western Cape, South Africa

BOOKING AND CANCELLATION: To confirm a tour, you will be required to pay a 20% nonrefundable deposit of the total tour cost. The balance of the final amount is to be paid not later than 56

days (8 weeks) prior to the airport pick up date. A booking made within 56 days (8 weeks) of

commencement is payable in full on confirmation.

Confirmation of the booking will be made once an invoice has been issued by Extreme Abilities,

followed by the receipt of the 20% non-refundable deposit.

Cancellation of any booking is only effective on receipt of written notification, and acknowledgement of

receipt by Extreme Abilities.

Should the cancellation be prior to 8 weeks before the planned departure of the safari, the deposit is

forfeited and cancellations will be subject to the following penalties:

50% Cancellation fee due for cancellation 22 to 35 days (3 – 5 weeks) prior to departure.

100% Cancellation fee due for cancellation 21 days (3 weeks) or less prior to arrival date.

Verified circumstances, leading to cancellations will be viewed with complete fairness.

Normal cancellation fees apply if you wish to postpone your departure. Date changes will be treated on

an individual basis and will attract an administration fee.

The company will not provide tickets, coupons, vouchers or documents until full payment has been

received. No client will be permitted on tour or adventure without payment in full being received by the company.

Comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellation or curtailment, emergency evacuation, medical

and repatriation expenses, damage/theft/loss of personal luggage, money and goods, is excluded and

it is sole  responsibility of guests to obtain at the time of confirmation. This is compulsory for all

bookings made through Extreme Abilities.

Extreme Abilities reserves the right to occasionally change routes and schedules according to

unforeseen circumstances that may arise.

Photography – The company reserves the right, without further notice, to make use of any photograph

or film taken on tour by our photographers without payment or permission. We guarantee no

photographs of a compromising nature will be used.
